Cashew Chicken Veggie Fruit Pasta Salad

This is called Grandma Lottie's Chicken Fruit Salad
It is GREAT for summer picnics and BBQs!

I changed it up just slightly from the way my Grandma makes it.

Here is my recipe:

1 pkg corkscrew pasta, cooked
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
3 stalks celery, chopped
green onions chopped, to taste
1 apple cored and cut up
1 cup green grapes, cut up
1 cup red grapes, cut up
8 oz bottle of ranch dressing
8 oz bottle of coleslaw dressing
dried basil, to taste

Mix all but apples, grapes, and cashews.  Add them right before serving.

My Grandma also adds sliced water chestnuts and 1 cup pineapple. And I added the basil to her her recipe.

Never miss a new post!
