Brown 1lb. ground beef
Add Packet of Taco Seasoning according to packet.
Lightly coat 9"x13" dish with cooking spray. Place meat in the bottom of the pan.
(I had taco meat left over from the night before when I made 1 1/2 lb package of ground beef. So I didn't have quite 1 lb. when I made this, but it worked just great..)
In a separate bowl mix:
1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
3 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Milk
1 1/2 cups Water
Pour this mix over the taco meat.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 25-30 min. Top with cheese straight out of the oven.
