Have you seen this idea yet? You can buy the clear picture holders in various sizes at The Dollar Store or Walmart. Then you just slide some scrapbook paper inside, glue a sticky note pad to the front,and add whatever embellishments you want.
Ta-Da! You have stinky-cute sticky-notes!
