These deviled eggs are SOOOO good you might "sell your soul" for one ;)
What is the secret ingredient? Bacon! Of course everything is better with Bacon!
My recipe is for seven eggs because that is how many eggs my egg cooker fits. Since I don't ever measure anything when I make these, I had to make some to figure out what my recipe is, and I only had seven eggs in my fridge :)
7 Eggs
1/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp Vinegar
A Pinch of Salt
1/8 cup Bacon
Hard boil your eggs. Cut them in half lengthwise. Pop the yokes out into a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside.
Mix: egg yokes, mayo, vinegar, salt, and bacon. Fill the egg white up with the mix.
Sprinkle some additional bacon on top of the eggs.
YOUR DONE!
I always get rave reviews on these eggs! At family parties I even get requests that I bring eggs! And I never complain because they are so stinking easy!

DeleteThese look SO good. I love devilled eggs, but mine come out too runny always. I love the bacon idea.:)
ReplyDeleteI have that problem sometimes too. Usually when I add the mayo and get it to the perfect consistency and then forget that I still have to add the vinegar. But even when that happens they are still yummy! Thanks so much for reading!
