As always this recipe is VERY EASY! And of course Yummy!
1lb. Ground Beef
1/2 cup Onion Choped
1/2 cup Green Pepper Chopped
1 Can Refried Beans
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese
Brown the hamburger with the green peppers and onion.
Mix in beans and taco seasoning and spread this in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread Sour Cream on top of mixture.
Top with Cheese and Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
Serve with Chips. And because I had some guacamole I served it with that too which I HIGHLY recommend it made it that much more delicious!

DeleteLooks delish! And adding guacamole to the top is the only way to go!
ReplyDeleteTotally the only way to go! Now I can't eat it with out guac! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteYumm! This looks good! We make a similar dish but without the green pepper & taco seasoning. We cook the ground beef with the onions, drain it & add a can of refried beans & a can of red enchilada sauce (either Hatch or Old El Paso) & mix it up. Then put it in the 13 X 9 pan, top it with shredded cheddar & jalapeno slices & bake it till its hot and the cheese is melted. Scoop some up on a plate with a dab of sour cream and guacamole & a bowl of tortilla chips! We call it Nachos instead of Taco Dip & like yours it is seriously delish!!!
ReplyDeleteWe just had this tonight, and it was great! We added salsa, not guacamole on top, and we really enjoyed it!
