At Christmas time when I was making all of the Framed LDS Temple pictures, a neighbor of mine asked me if I could build her a frame for a poster of a map that she had. She came up with the idea of putting it on cork so that her son could put in pins in the places he wanted to go. I LOVED that idea!
I picked up a cork board at walmart and just pulled off the basic frame on it. We wrapped the poster around it and put on masking tape to hold it in place.
Then we just used a staple gun to attach it to the frame that we built.
Easy Peasy and such a cool gift for a kid who is really into geography!

that's awesome. I've always wanted to have a map that I could pin all the places I've been on and attaching it to a corkboard is a great way to do that!
