1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream Butter. Add sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Sift Flour, soda, salt. Add alternately with banana. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Bake in greased loaf pan for 50 - 60 min @ 350.
Enjoy or give to a neighbor as a gift!
